Will my car complete stop working if not fixed at reasonable time?

its possible car will run ruff/ stable or turn off depending on what the problem is.You can check for intake leaks, its a common problem on sentra's to have a intake manifold leak. You can check for broken, cracked or disconnected PCV hose. you can also clean the mass air flow cleaner sensor with mass air flow sensor cleaner. 

Possible causes:
- Air fuel ratio (A/F) Harness or connectors is open or shorted
- Air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 Bank 1
- Air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 heater Bank 1
- Fuel pressure
- Fuel injector
- Intake air leaks
- Exhaust Gas leaks
- PVC
- Air Flow Meter
