bmw p1174 code drive me nuts

Question

i have 1998 bmw 318i automatic(m44)the code appear even the car run excellent it syas on the code p1174 somthing about bank i so i change the o2 sensor(oem)and after that i did replace the valve cover gasket and filter &oil change..i spray all over to find any air leak i even replace the boot and the hose to the throtel and replace the crank case valve cause last year the same code showup and when i change the cvv goes away but this time not so i replace the air filter and clean maf put back and all of sudden the code p0100 show up so i clean it one more time and took the car for very short drive it feel like want to stal or like hunting coming from under and transsmion indication light came on but no code so i drove back and shut the car off turn it back on the transsmison light goes off since then i did not use it pleaase help
