My 2005 Chrysler Pacifica 3.5L V6 speedometer stopped working and my RPMs don't swift and I got the code P0700 and P0740

P0700 Transmission control system malfunction

P0740 TCC (torque convertor clutch) out of range

P0740 will not make the speedometer stop working , There should be other code accompanied with this, The speedometer gets its information from the transmission output speed sensor.P0740 this code usually indiactes a internal transmission failure.
