Yes , the igniter is the same for the ignition coil, But you can just chenge the ignition coil, there are test that determines what is at fault such as the wire harness open or shorted in the IGF signal circuit. or the problem being the ECM.To determine if it is the ignition coil swap it out with ignition coil number 2. If you code up P1310, replace the ignition coil at fault
