P0401 EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) flow insufficient

P0720 Output speed sensor circuit malfunction

P0722 Output speed sensor no signal

P1151 Lack of H02S bank 2 sensor 1 switch - lean

For the solution  for P0720 and P0722 you will need to replace the the OSS (output speed sensor) . For P0401 , this is the EGR not operating this can be from a plugged EGR passage into the throtlle body, Because P1151 show ,inspect for vacuum leaks that will affect the performance of the EGR solenoid a vacuum line that contributes a vacuum source to the EGR solenoid will make the EGR inoperative and also cause P1151
