P1401 DPFE circuit high input

P1401 is the DPFE that will not allow the EGR to function, What can cause rough idle can be fuel related such as low fuel pressure, the specification should be 35- 65 psi at idle. Another popular faulty item can be a IAC (idle air control valve).. A faulty IAC does not have to give a engine code.
