How do I fix this problem for 2001 Nissan Frontier? Codes p1448 and p 0455

start by replacing the gas cap.  P1448 check for broken or cracked hoses. if everything is fine check the water seperator, then check EVAP canister vent control valve and O-ring and if its fine you can weight the EVAP canister if its over weight than it took up fuel and will have to be replaced. 

p0455 Possible causes:

- Missing or loose fuel cap
- Incorrect fuel filler cap used
- Fuel filler cap remains open or fails to close
- Foreign matter caught in fuel filler cap
- EVAP canister or fuel tank leaks
- EVAP system hose leaking
- Fuel tank leaking
