Should I just go ahead and replace the O2 sensor and be done with it?

Vehicle: 2004 Chrysler Pacifica

If there are no exhaust leaks and the connector is OK, then more than likely the problem is the O2 sensor.

What do you mean "if the connector is ok"? Could it have come undone or something else?
