I have a p0304, p0302, p0300, p0305, p0316, p0401, and a p0106 where do I start?

On my 2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L I have a p0304, p0302, p0300, p0305, p0316, p0401, and a p0106 where do I start?

Start by checking/replacing spark plugs. and check for intake leaks. Also clean the Mass air flow sensor with mass air flow sensor cleaner.

 

Possible causes

- Faulty spark plug 2
- Clogged or faulty fuel injector 2
- Faulty ignition coil 2
- Fuel injector 2 harness is open or shorted
- Fuel injector 2 circuit poor electrical connection
- Ignition coil 2 harness is open or shorted
- Ignition coil 2 circuit poor electrical connection
- Insufficient cylinder 2 compression
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Intake air leak
