P0047 - Chevrolet Captiva 2.0D 2007MOD

Hello. My chevy captiva 2.0D 2007 mod have some problems whit the turbo booster. I get the error P0047 and P0045. i tryed ti change the vacume valve sensor. and stil dont work. Can it be a cabel that's broken?
