Codes p1779, p1780, p0562, p0700, p2176

Question

I just had my throttle body assembly replaced [3rd time this year] and the car won't start. I also getting the following codes:P1779 P1780 PO562 P0700 P2176 Which codes are related and a possible fix. I'm tired of going to mechanics{?} spending money I don't have and getting more problems when I get the car back. Also, yesterday when I drove the car, the air bag light started flashing and dinging every time I turned a corner. . The last mechanic, a dealer, said whoever put the last TBA in stripped the bottom screw and they had to put in an insert. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm on Social Security and have very little money so another car is out of the question.

P1779 Engine torque signal below lower limit

P1780 Torque reduction failure

P0562 System voltage low

P0700 Transmission control malfunction request

P2176 Control module cannot determine minimun throttle position

Check the charging system , P0562 must be addressed first,
