P2198 - 02 sensor stuck rich

This is very uncommon, unless you have a engine mechanical problem,Start with the basic and inspect the airfilter,and check for vacuum leaks especailly the intake manifold  that will affect the MAP sensor, you have a speed density engine so any vacuum leak will cause the system rich.
