P0174 Ford - what is the most common fix?

I have a 1997 Ford Explorer V8 Limited, have changed several things, reset computer, but it is still pulling the one code and I am unable to get my vehicle inspected.

what have you replaced?

start by checking for intake leaks, check/replace if you have not serviced them. check fuel pressure, pcv hoses and other cracked or broken hoses and cause a intake leak. you have also do an intake flush, clean the mass air flow sensor with mass flow sensor cleaner, you can also replace the air filter is you have not done so.
