Question

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L with engine code P0031, replaced all o2 sensors it still gives me a code P0031, if I disconnect fuse number 15 it runs better!

P0031 O2 heater circuit low bank 1 sensor 1

Fuse 15 is for the low beam headlamp. If you disconnected the power circuit for the 02 sensor and it runs better, you have a wire harness problem where the control circuit to the PCM is grounded
