P0455 Nissan -

HI, I have a 2001 nissan pathfinder that keeps turning on the check engine light for 2 codes the first code is po455 the other code is p1448. I have gotten some information off the web as what to try. I have changed the purge vavle on th evap box cleared the codes and 2 days later the light is on same codes checked the fuel cap looked alright but figured for a few bucks and be safe i replaced the fuel cap cleared the codes next day code came back, replaced the evap box checked the hoses and lines under the car did not find anything.So needing someone with more knowledge on these types of emmision problems.

P0455 code means that there is an large leak with the EVAP system and the P1448 code means that the Vent Control Valve may be foudl. The first thin I recommend to check is the "Vent Control Valve". Also make sure that the EVAP Canister and Canister hoses are OK.
