What does b1-s1 b2-s2 mean?

it means Oxygen sensor for a V engine type, oxygen sensor bank 1-sensor1and oxygen sensor bank2 sensor2. The engine have 4 oxygen sensor installed.

bank 1(b1) is located on the right hand side of the car.

sensor 1(s1) is located before the catalyst.

sensor 2 (s2) is located after the catalyst.

If you seat inside the car the bank 1 is on the right hand side.
