2011 Dodge Ram 3500 6.7 L with engine code P20B0 and P20B5

Question

I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 Pickup, 6.7L Diesel, Auto Trans, 4x4.
I cannot find any repair information or pinpoint test related to the codes P20B0 or P20B5
Any information would be great.
