f150 5.4l runs bad p0012 p0174 p2196 codes,how do i fix?

Question

I changed coil packs ran great for few days, no codes. Then it started running rough again codes p0012 p0174 p2196 popped up. What is my next move ?

P0012 Variable valve timing bank 1

P0174 Fuel trim bank 2 lean

P2196 Fuel control lean

Even though the variable valve timing actuator is causing the drivabilty condition,You still need to inspect for vacuum leaks especially the PCV valve hose, and  also along the intake manifold to the brake booster hose, if the vacuum hose has a plastic shielding covering on it open it and visually inspect it for hose breakage, They have a tendency to split.
