2003 kia optima link error code, car was flooded.

car was flooded, dried out carpet/floors. Dash lights, windows/locks/radio works. disconnected battery and re-connected, still getting link error code. of course car only cranks, won't start. pulled front bank of plugs and cranked motor, only mists of fuel came out. can error code be re-set?

Code only point to direction of where failure occurs, Do the basic check vehicle for sprark at the ignition coil or sparkplug wires, Use the 3 basic you need spark fuel and air, (air being the air filter and MAF (mass air flow) duct).
