2009 hhr 2.2 with code po641 common problem?

Question

car runs fine sometimes other times right from start up the check engine light comes as well as the traction light then in the diplay the low power,service traction and service esc . you can shut it off, it might take up 4 trys to get the low power off then might drive for a bit before it happens again I have put a new accelertor pedal in no change

I've seen two service bulletins that say check the harness that might have corrosion or that might be rubbing on axel/driveshaft

The P069E could be a wiring harness rubbing to ground on the front drive shaft.Look at this bulliten.
