I have an 02 ford wind star 3.8 and I don't get power to the fuel pump.

I have a 02 ford windstar with a 3.8 engine. I don't have any power at the fuel pump. I have checked the fuse and relay, both look good. I am not sure how to check the fuel shut off switch? I would appreciate any advice or sugestons on diagnoising the fuel system.
