I have the engine code P0692 on my 2004 Volkswagen Touareg 3.2L

Question

I washed the engine I used a blower to dry it off before starting, after a drove for half hour the p0692 came on and the main fan runs at high speed no stop even when the car is off for about 15. Minutes
Any ideas of what to check ?
