is there any way you can tell me how to fix this problem and tell me about what would be the first thing to check.please. when i shut the car off and go back to start it .it hessitate when i give it the gas.i have to have my obd 11 computer hooked up to it all the time to drive it

You may have a problem with the throttle body or the power getting to the throttle body. Sometimes the problem is the throttle motor or the throttle motor control relay.
