2003 Ford Windstar Code U1249

my 2003 ford winstarr has a rough idle the code u1249 came up what could be the problem

U1249  invalid time

This is for the instrument cluster, which does not affect the performance of the engine or is responsible for rough idle, Is there any coolant loss? You may have to remove and inspect each sparkplug and also sparkplug wires for arcing to ground.
