Need help with codes I couldn't find

I didn't see these codes and my saturn vue has no power to go at times its like a hit and miss. Please help?
Codes are P1512, P1599, and P1682

Forget about the P1599, it only means that the engine stall. The P1512 is for the throttle actuator, which could be the cause of the problem. The P1682 could be the cause of the engine missing.
