2009 Ford Escape V6 with P2112 code says my throttle actuator is stuck closed. The engine will rev up if I give gas, but stalls if I let off, will not idle. What should I check first?

Start by checking the throttle plate, and clean the plate if possible. It's possible that there is too much carbon built up around the throttle plate.
