Would a bad clutch fan assembly cause the fault P2509 to come on? This is on a Dodge 2005,2500 5.9L.

Poor battery voltage or battery connection could cause the P2509 code. Start by checking the car battery and connection, if the battery is OK, then you may have to have the dealer reprogram the control unit for you.
