what is code P1469 on 2003 Grand Caravan?

I am getting code P1469 on my 2003 Grand Caravan Sport. I had the PCM and skim module replaced and now the van is stalling at idle and has low idle sometimes. Vehicle also shudders sometimes and speedometer drops. Any suggestions? Thx.

P1469 Low A/C cycling period

This will not cuase what you are encountering, Recheck the code if it is P1496 which is 5 volt supply output low will cause what you are experiencing,If it is P1496 this is a loss of the 5 volt reference to the TPS (throttle position sensor) , and to the MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor It can be from the sensor grounding the 5 volt reference or the PCM is faulty.

Thanks Reynaldo, I will double check the code#.  Your response does make a lot of sense.  I had the work done at the dealer so i think i will take it back to them to have them diagnose the exact problem, especially if it's a faulty PCM. Thx.
