P1299 Ford - 2003 5.4 liter f-150

Question

first code i had was po301 swapped the coil pack to cyl.#2 problem did not move so i changed the spark plugs .was running good till today .I drove 4 miles to mothers house ,and on the way home .the oil light came on and service engine soon .I had my scanner plugged it in to check .p0301 cleared that one then p1299 repeatedly cleared all 4 of them truck ran normally .I check the oil it was fine perfect level. could this be an injector problem the truck only has 98000 on it.

Check the coolant level , and monitor the level in the radiator reservior,you can be dealing with coolant seeping into the combustion chamber of the number 1 cylinder.
