P0420 Toyota -

Question

I have a toyota avensis 2004 the engine management light keeps coming on ive changed the front manifold cat and the sensor behind this but it keeps failing on emissions and throwing out blue smoke and light keeps coming on I have also put a reconditioned engine in but same problem wont pass and light is on but blue smoke has stopped

P0420 Catalytic below threshold,

How long did you run the vehicle whic the burning oil condition, ? This may have affected the catalytic ,When you code P0420 the catalytic sensor mirrors the front 02 sensor, Now that you have a recondition engine in the vehicle clear the code , and allow any soot that build up in the catalytic to burn out,

It was like that for a year burning oil now ive changed both cats both lamba sensors all new parts  and engine reconditioned but car is still smoking and failing on emissions
