Question

1998 toyota camry has a check engine light on, was diagnosed as a H02s12 code...what does this mean and can i fix it, or is this a dealer repair

Heated Oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2 , this is a catalytic sensor ,There is only a few possible condition that can the 02 it self being degraded,
