P1298 Honda -the trans wont take off in 1st, how can i fix it an it only got 3rd

how would i fix the p1298 code and its also got a p1753 the transmission takes off in 3rd gear
and wont shift,you can pull the shifter down in 1st and it will go too 2nd and manually shift too 3rd

P1298 High circuit in the ELD circuit

P1753 Problem in the torque convertor clutch solenoid valve circuit

P1753 will not cause you these transmission problem at all, But P1298 this is for the charging system, clear the code, with no code present start the engine and turn the headlamp on, if P1298 is present replace the ELD,The ELD can be effecting the tranmission shifting,
