Hi there,

This code is for the intake timing control solenoid on bank 1. The first thing to do is check the oil, if it's low it can throw this code. If the oil level is good you can continue to drive the car without damage. You will want to get it repaired as soon as you can because it will affect the performance. The cruise is disabled by the computer which is why the light is flashing. That will return to normal once the check engine light is off.
