P1324 Acura - KNOCK SENSOR CODE came up, can I drive my car safely

Question

My 2002 Acura RL came up with a code KNOCK SENSOR. Is this something I have to get fixed asap? Or will cause my car to stop running.

You can continue to drive the car, normally it doesn't make a lot of difference in the way the car runs, but sometimes you may notice a slight loss of power. Going up hills or pulling out in traffic as the sensor helps the computer advance the timing during some driving conditions.
