P0430 Dodge - Can exaust maifold cause this code 2 center bolts on passenger side brken ?

Can a exaust maifold cause this code I have 2 center bolts broken ?
2005 dodge ram hemi already replacd one O2 sensor.

Hi there.

Normally this wouldn't cause a code for the converter, but a code for the O2 sensor. Because it's sucking air into the system it can cause that side of the engine to run a richer fuel mix and cause the O2 sensor code. That being said, if it's running to rich it might damage the converter.
