P0300 Ford -mondeo 1.8 lx 2002 misfire cylinder 2 , 4 changed sparks leads coil

I have changed spark plugs ,coil pack , and leads new battery and still no change is rough when idle car vibrates heads batted HELP

HI there,

This could be an indication of the timing being off. If the belt slipped a couple of teeth you might see misfires on 2 of the 4 cylinders. I would do a compression test to check and possibly a leak down test as well.
