Is my car covered under ecm of "customer support program" pulling a p0741. bc of TSB 008-04

Check engine light came on took it to auto zone pulled a p0741. Transmission fluid full. There is a Toyota class action law suit that my car was a part of that gives me a warranty on some parts of my car for the next three years. One of the parts is the ecm. I did have mine replaced during the recall of 2011 but I've heard of the replacementparts being bad too.
