what does the P0481 code mean on a jeep compass?

I am getting p0481, u0416 and b2aaa codes on my jeep compass. What is the cause of this?

P0481 Cooling Fan 2 control circuit

U0416 Implausable data recieved from ESP (electronic stability control)

B2AAA Instrument panel warning

When the cooling fan in non operation the engine operating temperature obviusly runs hot, P0481 relace the cooning fan relay for start, You mainly have a short which can be from the cooling fan and the cooling fan being non operational, As for U0416 this is communication code from the anti-lock brake control module,In other word the ABS module is non operational, B2AAA these are warning indicator on the dash such as low oil pressure warning light, put your seat belt on warning light, ect especially overheating temperature gauge,
