2010 dodge 2500, 6.7 has a code, P2453, diesel particulate filter sensor.

Question

Dodge dealer looked for two hours and couldn't come up with anything. Need to have truck inspected soon.

P2463 Diesel particular filter-soot accumulation

This is a aftertreatment code,where the soot is converted to ash,This can code up if the regeneration is not operating high enough to actively regenerate,f you still get this code after treatment of the diesel particulate filter, You have either a plugged filter or the exhaust pressure sensor failed.
