P2456 Diesel particulate filter pressure sensor "A" circuit intermittent/erratic

P2453 Diesel particulate filter sensor "A" circuit range perfomance

The DPF(Diesel particulate filter) is a input that measures pressure before the DPF, this sensor initaites a regerration when soot reaches a threshold.,With these type of code you need to inspect for exhaust leak , especially at the filter, depending on your driving habit you may have excessive soot that does restrict and even plug the DPF,other than that the DPF sensor itself ,also make sure the connection is making good contact.
