My Dodge Caravan is stalling when the gas pedal is press.

Diagnostic code returned are;
P0035 : Turbo Charger Bypass Valve Ctrl Circ Hi
P0042 : Evap Leak Monitor Medium Leak Detected
P0455 : Evap Leak Monitor Large Leak Detected
P1684 : Battery Disconnected in the last 50 Starts

Did any of these code code be related to the problem?
Motor start, then when gas pedal is use, motot will stall
