2001 Ford Taurus V6, no start I checked for codes and I got B1213

Question

Replaced engine ECM tried starting car, no start recheck codes got B1213. Had to order Ecm battery was disconnected for about a week.Would that affect the PATS and cause this code.
Only have one key will getting a blank key and programming it take care of this problem. The original problem was a no start no signal from crank sensor, checked out problem replaced sensor and repaired wiring, ecm not able to see signal, replaced ECM.
