P0008 Cadillac 2006 CTS Code?

Question

I have two codes on a Cadilac CTS 2006
P0017
P0008

I don't know if together they indicate a specific problem. I can drive the car, even 80 mi / hr. but not with the same accelerations, and the performance is not nearly as good when the engine light is on. I have had them turn it off, and while off it performs better. I just had the spark plugs replaced and that is when these codes appeared..??
