P0302 HYUNDAI - check engine is blinking 10s after engine starts

Question

Check engine is blinking 10s after engine starts, when driving on low revs cylinder misfire error is detected
I changed spark plugs and start coil and high voltage cables - syptoms are still the same
What is the next thing to look for?

p0302 is misfire detected on cylinder 2 if you have replaced the spark plugs and done a new coil check for breaks in harness going to coil or check the feed to all coils ..main harness. ..u might have cracked a spark plug on installing them if u did miss will not go away

Engine is doing its work smoothly after warm up - doing 140kmph with ease. Whet it is cold however there are power blackouts, engine is generally without power, need to use 1st gear to get some speed.
Another interesting thing is after reconnecting wires to coil, part of cylnders are not working, max speed is sth like 20kmph, should I experiment more with cables and coils to get optimal setup?
