P0300 start by replacing/checking spark plugs, also 1 or more ignition coil could be bad.

other causes:

- Faulty spark plug (s)
- Faulty ignition coil (s)
- Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s)
- Intake air leak
- Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted
- Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection
- Ignition coils harness is open or shorted
- Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection
- Insufficient cylinders compression
- Incorrect fuel pressure

The U1000 code usually means there is a poor harness ground connection. You can clean the factory grounds with sand paper and tighen them back up. and you can also add a grounding kit to help the factory grounds.
