If I have multiple codes can the problem be the ECM?

Question

How can I figure out if I have a bad ECM instead of problems with all these sensors, the transmission, the a/c, the EGR, oxygen sensors? I have all of these codes: P0102, p0135, p0155, p0141, p0161, p0155, p0443, p0403, p0645, 00731, p0741, p0745, p0740, p0743, p0750, p0753, p0755, p0758, p0748.

all those are powered by the same circuit. check fuse 21 (15A) in the engine fuse box. the wire in question will be the red wire with a yellow tracer.
