My 2006 ford 500 AWD has dash CHECK ENGINE , THROTTLE CONTROL and TRACTION CONTROL LIGHTS come on and the car does not want to shift. After letting sit for a few minutes the car is ok until it is driven a short distant and the same thing happeens. The car has a CVT transmission and the cod is P0641.

P0641 Sensor  reference voltage "A"  incorrect

Your TCM (transmision control module )/ ECM (electronic control module) This is what causes you to go into limp mode, Your solution is a replacement and you will have to  flash the new unit,
