subaru impreza 2005 2,5L 305hk 2006.got DTC 02 code on the scanner, what is wrong ?

got the code "Dtc 02" on my scanner, "check engine" lights all the time, and "cruise" flashes.

in 3th or 4th gear at 3000-4000 rpm it kinda jumped (cheated), like something is wrong, and did not get more than 220 km/h..

If the cruise light is flashing , this will be part of the transmission control such as transmission speed control. Can you gather a "P" code?
