could p0731+p0732 possibly be caused by TPS -trans. tech said it is ? HELP

service engine light on--code p0731. engine tech says transmission is at fault[scanned multiple times ] but transmissiion tech. thinks it's the throttle position sensor -HELP.

P0731 is IMPROPER SHIFTING TO 1ST GEAR POSITION

P0731 is detected when the A/T does not shift into first gear position as instructed by the TCM. This is not caused by electrical malfunction (circuits open or shorted) but by mechanical malfunction such as control valve sticking, improper solenoid valve operation, etc.

Try replacing the transmission fluid first
