U20BF this is a error code of the scan tool B3F04 is for the PRNDL, what you need is the "P" code.

P0700 Transmission malfunction detected,P0703 Brake switch malfunction,P0705 PRNDL switch malfunction,P1791  Throttle position input signal circuit malfunction, There is only 2 codes that are causing your condition P0703 which is the brake light switch, the ECM,TCM uses this for TCC operation , even if the brake lights do work the TCM does not see it, P1791 is the cause of the rest of the code, without this signal the TCM does not know what gear it is in especially when its in drive this causes the TPS to code up. Replace the PRNDL, and before you do the brake light switch check to make sure the 3rd eye brake light is functional.
